Sherlin is an aspiring attorney. She has an A.A in political science and is student at Cal Poly Pomona in her last year of undergraduate. After graduation Sherlin plans on attending Law School.

Daniel W. Rinaldelli attended the University of La Verne and graduated Cum Lauda with dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Political Science and International Studies. He then graduated from the ULV College of Law while raising a family and working in a prestigious law firm. He acted as the Supervising Editor of the Bar Review and Journal of Juvenile Law. A close family upbringing helped to instill a strong work ethic and values of integrity that would become invaluable during his career as an attorney.

Over more than two decades of work in the legal profession, Mr. Rinaldelli has developed a keen ability to analyze, and understand legal questions, arguments and challenges that have benefited clients in thousands of cases. His legal practice has focused on Family Law matters ranging from complex dissolution cases to combative child custody proceedings. He has brought his expertise and trial advocacy skills to countless multi-jurisdictional cases, and has even worked on several notable international cases involving children’s rights. An aggressive and proactive approach has helped to clarify and define legal standards in the area of Family Law through several published decisions in the Courts of Appeal.

While always ready to put his trial skills to the test to help clients protect their legal and parental rights, Mr. Rinaldelli also recognizes the individual difficulties posed by family law matters, and approaches cases with a “Counselor of law” perspective that assist clients to overcome the often dramatic and emotional difficulties that accompany the separation of a family.

Mr. Rinaldelli’s talents as an attorney have also transitioned into areas outside family law. More specifically, his trial skills developed over the course of the last two decades of sustained advocacy, have been able to benefit several clients in achieving multimillion dollar verdicts and settlements in personal injury matters.
